Are you 50 years or over? Do you consider yourself to be active and agile? If you’ve ever struggled with the repetition of lifting weights or the high-impact nature of aerobics, this dance-based exercise class could be the perfect class for you!
This fun, mood-boosting movement-filled class is brimming with energy and movement ideas! Learn many different styles including Ballet, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Bollywood, Jazz, Tap and Latin dance, all in one class. You’ll not only find your groove, but learn to move with self expression and creative freedom. You won’t even notice as your body starts to naturally adapt; getting stronger, developing more finely tuned balance, flexibility, endurance and overall fitness.
