Wellbeing In Motion offers joyful dance-based movement classes for adults in Batemans Bay.


Our classes invite you to move with confidence, creativity, and ease, supporting both physical and cognitive wellbeing through music, rhythm, and connection.

Dance It Up! 50+

This is a fun, mood-boosting dance class for adults over 50, offering a supportive and enjoyable way to stay active, connected, and mentally engaged.

Classes explore a range of dance styles from Ballet to Bollywood using accessible, expressive movement set to uplifting music. Sessions are designed to gently support balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, and confidence, while also stimulating memory and creativity through learning and movement.

The focus is on enjoyment, self-expression, and moving in a way that feels safe and sustainable. All movements are adaptable, and participants are encouraged to work at their own pace in a friendly, inclusive environment.

No previous dance experience is required.
